This year, as a part of the Clinton Global Initiative, the Lwala Community Alliance publicly committed to expanding its Maternal Child Health programs by building and staffing a maternity facility and scaling its public health programming in the Nyanza Region of Kenya. This initiative is also supported by the World Children’s Fund, Real Medicine Foundation, Senator Bill Frist and the Segal Family Foundation.
