Our mission is to build the capacity of the people of Lwala to advance their own comprehensive well-being.
The Lwala Community Alliance is a multi-dimensional community development agency. We understand that poverty itself is multifaceted. For instance, underdevelopment in health affects school attendance and underdevelopment in school access affects future economic activity in the community. While health is our central focus, we have multidimensional programs in education, economic development, and public health outreach.
You can help us sustain our existing programs and roll out further initiatives by making a donation now.

From @Milton O Ochieng': Excited to get yet another opportunity to represent the Lwala Community Alliance at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting. I will give brief remarks regarding the completion of our "Safe Motherhood in Lwala Kenya," that saw the number of women in North Kamagambo region giving birth in a health facility go up form 26% to 96%, which is more than twice Kenya's national average and the death rate among newborns fall by 50%. We shall also be announcing our new "Thrive Thru Five" commitment working with families in Lwala Kenya and the Ministry of Health in Kenya to cut under five deaths by 50% by the end of 2016 in the Lwala catchment area and to ensure 90% of infants receive all their immunizations. Thanks to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), Segal Family Foundation, all our donors and supporters for helping us with our achievements thus far. Will you help us achieve this new dream?
